20+21/06/2023 From Chiang Rai, Thailand to Luang Prabang, Laos
At 5 a.m. we started the drive to Chiang Kong for the next two hours. Here we crossed the border to our last country in Asia: Laos!

At night we had Laotian and Indian curry in a family-run restaurant with such kind locals!
Day two on the boat
In the next morning we hopped onto the boat again. We drove for another seven hours until we reached our final destination: Luang Prabang.

Also, it was great seeing all the Laotian kids on the side jumping into the water, waving to us and just having a good time.
